A Tuesday at Green String:

Morning Strawflower harvest hangs to dry in the barn.

Intern Cricket helps Green String Institute alumni, Arthur, brush the bees off of the comb in an afternoon honey harvest.

 Comb processing.

The intern reward for risking bee stings is four jars of delicious honey, straight from the hive.

Interns listen diligently to a tractor maintenance and mechanics lesson from Bob.
